After the purchase of our products you will get a confirmation email with a link to download the zip files which contains all the source files. YesTemplates.com offers non-tangible goods. We don’t refund once the order is accomplished and the product is downloaded. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read ’sources available’ section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on that case we will rectify the product and send you the source file within 2 working days.
