There are two sections one is exclusive collection another is membership unlimited download.

Exclusive collection: You own the templates of this section and after you purchase this section any products we will remove those from our server permanently. All rights will be transferred to you.

Membership unlimited downloads: You can use it for your own website or resell it. We have no problems. If you are interested, can buy them to start your own template website.

Q. How does online ordering work? top

Once you have downloaded an item from yestemplates.com we cannot offer a refund, which you are held responsible for understanding upon your creation of a membership with YesTemplates. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of member products as such; there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion, if no products have been accessed, we will make exceptions on a case by case basis, however this is not applicable to renewal purchases where products have been previously downloaded.

First of all our products cannot be resold as standalone products. If you would like to sell the products from our offer to any of your customers, you will need to do significant changes to the products. If you don't want to make signification changes, your customer would need to get a membership at YesTemplates.com to use the products as they are. Additionally, our products may not be distributed as part of any archive, catalog, media disc, auction etc. as well as you are not allowed to use a spider, web crawler, or other similar automated tool to download content.

Q. Will my Yestemplates subscription renew automatically? top
This will depend on how you set your subscription up when you join YesTemplates, however if you choose a renewing subscription, then this can be cancelled from recurring at any time. First, a credit card transaction will never automatically renew. However if you select a paypal subscription and would like to later cancel the subscription before it re bills, you can do so by following these instructions:

Simply log into paypal.com, and click on the “all activity” link.
Next, from the drop down box labeled “show”, select “subscriptions”.
Choose a large enough date range to back at least as far as your original purchase, and then click search.
Once the search results appear, click on the subscription details, and then on the cancel button within the subscription details.

That’s all you need to do to cancel your paypal subscription prior to your expiration date before it renews at the end of your term. If you have created a subscription that has renewed because it was not cancelled before the end of a term, then this cannot be refunded.
